The following are the rules for money.

1. Know that the pay yourself principle is a myth.

-what they mean is that take 10% of your income and pay yourself, what we need to understand is that time has evolved and we are in a different period of investmenting mode.
Now with the above understanding in mind let me introduce to you to something which i know many of you may not agree with it " The Debt Dollar Deain"
This concept says understand the things that put money into your pocket (assets) and know the things that take money out of your pocket(liabilities). The way to increase your money is to eliminate or reduce your liabilities, while increasing your assets.

2. How do you increase your asset values?

- identify where you are so you can determine how to get where you want to go. How you do this is through Cash Flow Analysis. Look at the money coming into your pocket (input) and stock ( saved ) investment (out put) , can you identify the barriers in your spending behaviour there ?. The answer to that will determine where to start from. From there you can map up your financial plan.

3. After the plan Begin to see beyond todays financial worries to a destination you thought was only for the rich. This is very key, dont let todays situation control your spending plan.

Deprogram yourself, meaning, discipline yourself to learn every single habit of the rich, read, google, listening to information that teaches you more about your dream than your current reality.

The Wealthy Code
1) The first starting point to for your Business, to be a rich business, is a solid foundation of FINANCIAL EDUCATION.
2) Know the basics like what’s my liability and Assets? Don’t ask yourself silly questions like why am I not rich? That’s okay at baby class, but now you have to know more about what brings money in my pocket and what takes money out of my pocket?

“Passive Income”
Being worthy is having enough passive income to pay for your living expenses. You have to become worthy first before you become rich. The idea is to produce enough income producing asset to exceed your everyday living expenses. One way I recommend to do this is by systemizing your business. Secondly you need to understand the Stage of your income producing assets, for example here is what I did for my business.
My 3 main stages where as follows:
1. Registrations: why? so that I can borrow against my business and use what we call “OPM” this stands for other people’s Money. The rich understand that they don’t have enough time, resources and Money to build their dream business so they become masters at using other people’s money. This is because i wanted to legalise My business so that I can comply with the law and benefit from other citizens activities, have you ever heard about citizens empowerment commission (CEEC)? You can benefit from many empowerment innitiatives.

2. Systemizing: the idea here is to build something that will not require my supervision while am carrying on my full time day Job, so what I did is to talk to someone who can help me develop a system,(Still in the process) but I have developed my own system that helps me communicate with clients out of Lusaka, my biggest client are out of Lusaka.

3. Team: this is a stage you choose who to employ and who to partner with.

KEY TAKE AWAY/conclusion
 Wealth is about generating more passive income than expenses. Borrow money to buy income producing assets and generate cashflow,
 Build a passive income, if you are not, know that each day you are becoming poor;

Mind discipline is simply, "Be the master, control what comes in and out of your mind". Why is it so important to control what comes into/ out of your mind ? Because you want to control your awareness and your energy.

Your awareness attracts the energy, it is that energy that you can transmit it into the actions you want.

To control your mind for more than 3 weeks you need to build your will power. How do you do that?

Finish what you start. Look your day , what are the non negotiables ? For example we all sleep. Meaning to finnish my sleep i need to make my bed . Every day, so if i do that every day to make my bed a little bit better every day am reinforcing my will power. How do you that ?

By practicing the law of practice . Which says you become good at what you practice everyday. Sadly enough most human beings they practice disttuction, for example here is a person who always think why its hard to find money and start a business or why is hard to work up around 05 hours and do what they required to do. So you will find out that over time people become good at failing than succeeding .

So how you do everything is how you train yourself to do anything.

1. Human beings have the following :

spirit; knowledge; love, wisdom etc we get all these things from God.

When we begin to train ourselves to become spiritual sesitive, lovers of knowledge , getting wisdom from the experiences that we learn from others and our own lives, our lives receive the following:

1. Smoothness ( meaning the hard things we used to experience they become simple, a business idea we never used to have we suddenly find that our eyes are opened; suddenly we start getting along with people and finally we feel happy about ourselves) elegance ( meaning, we shine, suddenly we are recognised, we receive promotion at work! The contract we have been fighting for is accepted, our application for a job they come through etc) of movements in our lives.

2. It is important that everyday we check the capacity of our love, wisdom and what is the state of our spirit because as human beings we are creatures of good will, generosity and we naturally take the form of love.

Beloved this is the devinity in us let us by all means take advantage of this without delay.

*For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life (John 3:16).*

There’s a word of judgement and condemnation that’s already working in the world. Anyone who’s born into this world inherits that judgement. But when you’re born again, a new life begins with acquittal: “Therefore being justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ” (Romans 5:1). Romans 8:1 declares: “There is therefore now no condemnation to them which are in Christ Jesus, who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit.”

It parallels the words of Jesus in our opening verse; anyone who believes in Him is severed from judgement. You’re not numbered amongst them that perish; there’s a divine decree to that effect. All the negativities in the world: the darkness, diseases, sicknesses, infirmities, poverty, defeat and failure are a result of the curse, the judgement that’s at work in the world. But you’re not of this world (John 17:16); you’re from above; from a heavenly kingdom.

Keep yourself separated from, and in dominion over, all the negative influences and elements of this world through your faith-filled words. 1 Corinthians 2:12-13 says “Now we have received, not the spirit of the world, but the spirit which is of God; that we might know the things that are freely given to us of God. Which things also we speak….” Keep declaring the Word of victory over your life.

Every so often, affirm that you live above this world and have overcome its failing systems! Your life is for the glory of God, for the expression of His righteousness, dominion and excellence. No sickness, disease or infirmity should be allowed to thrive in your body, because the Spirit of Him that raised Christ from the dead lives and perambulates in you! He’s invigorated your whole being with the divine life. Have this consciousness and make these affirmations always.

*CONFESSION*

My life is the expression of God’s righteousness, dominion and excellence. No sickness, disease or infirmity can thrive in my body, because the Spirit of Him that raised Christ from the dead, lives and perambulates in me. I’m far removed from the destruction or judgement that works in this present world of darkness, because I belong and live in the Kingdom of God’s dear Son. Amen.

Be a River and not a Reservoir

Most people they are like reservoirs that continually take in water but only to fill themselves up. In contrast a river flows. Whatever water it receives it gives away. Thats the way we should be as we learn and grow. That requires an abundance mindset- a belief that we will keep receiving. But as long as you are dedicated to personal growth, you will never experience scarcity and will always have much to give.

Its not how much you can make, is how many people you can help, like it or not if you have seen a company existing for 50 years this is the premise of their core values,

Benjamin Franklin always asked " what good shall i do today?" Every morning lets practice the 5 people principle " look for 5 poeple you can complement or do something for them out of the ordinary.

You should be less afraid of dying than making contributions to your world.

Every day, work to earn or learn something, because a poor is one who does not have anything to give.

To grow yourself enables you to grow others. Bejamin Franklin said " i would rather have it said "he lived usefully " than " he died rich" thats what it means to contribute to others

Because growing is receiving and to complete the love or to complete ourselve we need to give. Thats why i like to define love as " love is giving and receiving "

*More things have been solved with communication, than with guns, break ups, divisons and fights

More things have to change based on who you are communicating with. Many people say communication is the key but they dont say how to do it.

You need to be emotional safe in order to add language or vernacular to communication.*

There is a difference between communicating of each other and communicating to each other. You see to communicate to each other you need to communicate with yourself right. Make piece inside you first, make piece with those situation you are seeing withing you, those voices withing you make piece with them, look i learnt this " the best strategy is what you use to teach yourself first and then use it with others.

See, trees they first cross polinate with each other for them to grow. Its the same with us we need to cross polinate with others in order to communicate.

There is a great link between hearing and seeing. You see most people who cant hear they have a difficult with communicating , meaning, how you hear is more important before what you say or how you react.

Just because you are doing something doesn't mean you should relax or think you have made it.

Every stage or every improvement or every promotion, we start at the bottom of that class or stage. For example this is Joachim a pupil in 12 A, has been promoted to a Monitor, joachim is at the bottom of senior Monitors and Senior monitors are at the bottom of profects, the ladder goes on and on. It Sin in the laws of success for Joachim to measure his success based on the pupils who are not monitors. Therefore becareful on how you compare yourself with others because that has led people into stagnation in life.

Lets give another example on business, here is joachim has started a grocery store, it is wrong for joachim to compare his success with Shopright, because shop right is a different stage meaning Joachim has to look upto shopright for inspiration, leasons and motivation. *You climb the ladder of success not by fighting those that are at the same level with you, but by learning from the giants, always be a student of life.*

WHAT REALLY MAKES ONE RICH?

Ultimately, it is not the asset that makes you rich. Information about the asset is what makes you rich. For example, in real estate most investors lose money because of inadequate information and intelligence. That's why when someone asks me, "Is real estate a good investment?" my reply is, "I don't know. Are you a good investor?"

The truth is...most businesses fail because of lack of good business information and intelligence than from a lack of money.

When you visit any place who do you see ?

When you are passing a greeting who is important in that coversation ?

Everyone is a bill gates , am trying to say that things that will make you achieve your goal is that street kid, is that classmate, work mate or, family that person you you ignore.

Brothers and sister you are only important when you are alone.

When you meet people train yourself to give them that importance. The bigest companies they become big not that they hard the best product but they served the needs of the customer. What are the needs ? Make the client be impprtant.

I always repent if i was with someone and i walked away feeling important than them, instead its a training i vow todo no matter how i feel to make someone walk away from me feeling that they can do great things that they can do more than what they feel they can do.
