Pioneering a Pragmatic Approach Towards Development. Being Part of the Solution
Fact of the Day!
Political order has largely been restored after the Upnd won last year's elections in August.
On my daily errands, i often come across citizens clad in PF's branded clothing and going about their businesses freely without being harrased, violated or descriminated.
This is a huge win & the Party in power deserves credit for it, but the biggest applause must be reserved for the people of Zambia for putting their feet down & deciding that enough is enough!
On the development front, nothing much more than political gimmicks & experimental moves, some of which carry a huge risks to the long term development of this country. Lack of consensus is worrying. The handling of INDENI being one.
IMF conditioanalities are slowly kicking in, as anticipated by many who understand how Global "AID" works.
The poor are being urged to tighten their belts, as the office bearers loosen theirs, to allow their big bellies suck more from the public purse. Hardly surprising!
In view of this, the rule of the thumb still remains true, that the rank & social status of a person is to be achieved through their personal effort.
But we should never shy away from demanding for fair rules to this game!

Hi Friends,
I am a fame believer of practical or Hands on Development, a concept I call HoD in short.
This concept does not focus on sophisticated theories & numbers from text books, but rather it places emphasis on the need to take the bold step & start doing something which can hopefully uplift one's economic status!🍛
We are hard at work in the back ground on very important projects that will hopefully benefit vulnerable communities both in the short & long term.💪
We also support any other practical initiatives by other well meaning Zambians that are aimed at helping others better themselves & the communities where they live. 🙏
The video I have shared is about the Lusaka Mayor's initiative to help determined individuals take their first steps down the journey of entrepreneurship💰
Watch to the end, & hopefully get inspired!
We spent a huge chunk of our time in Kalingalinga & Jack Compund on Labour Day, Distributing Food Humpers to some of our fellow citizens, for we believe that 'Sharing is Caring'❤️
The Distributed items are courtesy of generous well wishers, through the Mayor of Lusaka His Worship Miles Bwalya Sampa...

A TONGUE HURTS MORE THAN THE TEETH-SPEAK POSITIVITY ABOUT YOU!
A tongue is boneless and yet hurts more than the teeth. Words can either break you or make you.
Listen, words don't have the construction power until they're spoken. Lisa M. Hayes said, " Be careful how you are talking to yourself because you are listening."
What you say of yourself every day will either lift you up or tear you down. Words become your thoughts, your thoughts become your emotions, your emotions will determine what you follow and do. All success or failure begins with a person's self-talk.
Use your words to drive you forward. Words have power; the words you use determine your internal emotional state. Before any great performances, the geniuses do not condemn themselves, they do not focus on gossip or what critics say, they speak power words to themselves. Every word you use has a consequence; it can either power you up or power you down.
Words are powerful. Change your life by changing your words. Some of you have just bewitched yourselves by the words you use in politics, church, families and communities. What you need is not deliverance from demons but deliverance from your own mouth.
Remember, a fish that swims with a closed mouth can't be hooked. Power up your life with empowering language for your words have great power, use them to support and inspire you. Choose your words carefully- use empowering words to express what you want, what you will do, and what you will accept.
