Tried the egg base pizza today
Recipe: mix eggs with cheese, baking powder and a pinch of salt. Bake for 10 min.
Add toppings and bake again till ready.I used carb smart sauce
The difference a few months of consistency can make. I’m back in the gym after 2 months being on a low carb diet only. I wanted to adapt to the diet first before I add exercises to avoid cheating ❤️. I’m still on low carb and still fast on most days

Today I celebrate 2 months of seriously doing my low carb diet. ❤️❤️
Tried some Nigerian Ogbono soup today. It was yummy 🤤 😋.
We are obsessed with this low carb pap btw😂😂.
Tip: I find it’s nice when you prepare it with less water.. the harder the better (less slimy)
The perfect pap substitute ❤️. I’m glad I can now eat normal meals.
Recipe:
6table spoon flax seed flour
1 tablespoon psyllium husk
1 tablespoon vinegar
Boil water in a small pot. Add vinegar.
Add a mixture of psyllium husk and flax seed flour and stir till firm.
Enjoy.
