So this morning I received an order for 20 chickens somewhere in kabulonga at a very lovely restaurant.
From my sick bed like I can't sleep forever I g*t bill 😁 so I took the chickens and met this amazing woman who didn't just support my business but! Me the advice I longed for!
She asked me how long I have been doing this chicken business so before I could answer I mentioned my sister was doing the some business, she thought I said I work with my sister and she was like the biggest mistake you'd ever make is employ a family member 😔 I asked her why? Then she said they feel entitled, they will bring stories from work and if you don't control yourself you loose out on good staff (workers) let work be work nowonder I have managed to do almost 15 years just here running this restaurant
