Greetings to you all.
We the executive representing the student body of the Zambia Catholic University write to you all concerning the fabricated story on Tumfweko and Tiza Mukuka Youth Advocate pages on facebook dated 12th December 2018.This article is detrimental to the image of the institution most especially the individuals named individually and the Catholic church as a whole.
The said article was published to cause harm and confusion among people out of pain and anger with no proof and to back up their allegations. This is tantamount to slender and deformation of the Catholic church, the institution and the named individuals which is contrary to the Laws of Zambia.
Hence we as the students organisation of the Zambia Catholic University are seeking to take necessary legal action to bring the perpetrators of such a heinous crime to book as soon as possible.
We would also like to ask our fellow students not to tolerate such baseless accusations against the institution and be assured that the institution is still business as usual and nothing will change to the contrary.
To our would-be fellow students we ask that you continue to look forward to joining this our institution which is here to groom us into the individuals we need to be for a brighter tomorrow and a better Zambia.
