Let's shift our focus from reaction to prevention. By putting our efforts and resources into preventing violence against women and girls, we can achieve better outcomes for everyone. Prevention is effective, efficient, and empowering. Let's come together and make this change happen. Let's make prevention our priority, our passion, and our purpose. Violence against women and girls is a human rights violation and a preventable public health problem. Investing in the prevention of violence against women and girls is not only the right thing to do, but also the smart thing to do. We need to ensure that women and girls have the support and resources they need to live free from violence. We can do this through education, health services, social support, and more. Let's all work together to create a safer, more equal world.

Let's make every day count in the fight against gender-based violence. Let's use these 16 days to start a movement that will create lasting change. We can each make a difference by speaking out, raising awareness, and supporting survivors. Together, we can create a world where no one has to live in fear. Let's make these 16 days count.

Breast cancer can have a profound impact on a person's individual liberty and autonomy. The physical and emotional toll of breast cancer treatment can make it difficult for patients to do things they previously enjoyed, or to participate in everyday activities. This can lead to feelings of isolation, frustration, and a loss of independence. Additionally, some people may have to make difficult decisions about their treatment and their body that can feel like a violation of their autonomy. Some breast cancer treatments may cause changes in a person's body that can affect THEIR self-image and sense of identity.
