Dear someone 👂Whatever you’re looking for. Start by being honest and genuine in everything you do! No hiding your truth, pretending for people, be honest. Express your true self, shine in your authenticity. Let go of fear and be a spiritual warrior. Stop being selfish with your light. Our gifts are meant to serve others and humanity. Someone out there needs your energy and you deserve to be seen and admired in just being who you are. Give your all, be your whole self, channel universal love with all your heart 💜

I know it’s uncomfortable to be courageous and to open up your heart and soul.

But it hurts on so many levels to shrink and blend in when what you want so badly is to be seen and heard for who you truly are.

To be your authentic self is to be honest, to be at peace with what is real for yourself and for others.

The truth will set you free.

People lose themselves in order to survive & end up barely surviving at all. We live in a world where everything is an Illusion & we love the dream more than we love reality. It’s funny that our souls are the only things that are truly real yet we neglect the soul because it cannot be seen, only felt.

We put so much value on the visual effects rather than what we feel & the actual energy we generate onto our lives.

Things like are you at peace? Are you fulfilling your purpose here on Earth? Are you projecting love?

Don’t betray your soul for the world because the world can be cold, empty & unforgiving, the world will keep turning with or without your tears, your loss, your pain.

Rather than seeking to be safe in the world, seek to be safe within yourself. When you can accept yourself, you can have the courage to step into your purpose & do the things God has put in your heart to do here on this Earth.

I know you feel like you're not who or where you want to be, like life has let you down, like you always mess up, like there's something wrong with you.

I know you are tired of repeating the same cycles & picking at the same wounds, causing more & more hurt along the way.

A million wrongs, a million failures and at the end of the day, yet & still you're left with nothing.

But even so, you still deserve happiness, yes, you so deserve a smile 🥹

It's time for you to be happy again.

It's time to let yourself live, whatever life you have at the moment, only you can live it, it is yours and no one can take it away 💝

Before you give your opinion, offer advice or a solution, always ask first if that's what they truly need from you in that very moment.

People don't always need you to fix things or think for them.

Sometimes, they just need a gentle reminder that they are supported, that their feelings are valid and that everything is going to be okay.

Sometimes, our brains just need a break from keeping it all together, pushing forward and being in survival mode.

Sometimes we seek out advice and solutions but most times we know what is needed but we just need a break from it all.

Our hearts just need to be held and protected from our own thoughts and the battles we face daily.

We just need some comfort, a hug, a friend.
