FACT-Zimbabwe is in the process of establishing a standing list of suppliers for 2022 and 2023 and would like to invite suitably qualified and experienced suppliers of goods and services to submit applications for consideration for registration in the following categories:

• Hotels, accommodation, conference venues, Canteen and
Catering Services
• Courier Services
• Transportation Services, Bus and Truck Hire, and Road Shows
• Sanitation Services, Cleaning, and FumigationServices
• Hardware and farming
• Groceries, Toiletries, and cleaning detergents
• Confectionary Products, Equipment andServices
• Events Management, Services, Products, and hiring
• Videography and Media Management
• Security Guards
• Cosmetics
• Sports Equipment
• Baby wear
• Linen and Blankets
• Kitchen utensils
• Garments and textiles
• Broadcasting services (radio and TV shows, bulk SMS)
✓ CR14 Form, CR6 Form, Articles and Memorandum ofAssociation
✓ Tax Clearance and VAT Registration Certificate, Company Profile, Contact details, physical address, phone number
and email address
✓ Must not be barred from contracting with the United Nations, United States Government or other international
partners
✓ Least two traceable references from existing customers
✓ A non-refundable application fee of USD20 deposited in the following account and proof of such deposit
