The future is in the countryside (at least as a temporary getaway in between the punishing urban hassle). This is Harare (2023). You have probably seen worse.😢

Building in . Not too long ago this is how the house looked at the homestead. Roofed with corrugated roofing sheets, alububble also installed. Alububble is a white sheet placed below the roofing sheets which keeps the building cool in summer and warm in winter. At this stage we had not yet done the concrete slab for the flooring.

The banana plantation looks good at the homestead. These fields, just a stone's throw away from the house, are a favorite place to visit. Nice views, and lots of air.🤌
