🍹 Matcha has taken the world by storm and is renowned for it’s many health benefits and fresh, herbaceous taste but did you know that you can use matcha to make a delicious mojito cocktail like no other? 🍹
To make your own, muddle mint leaves in a large highball glass. Add 1 tsp matcha powder, 2 tbsp lime juice and 55ml Fruit Lagoon. Mix well. Fill the cup with ice and sliced lime, then add 50ml light rum and top with club soda, stir well. Garnish with a sprig of mint and voila the perfect matcha Mojito every time.

Who doesn’t love a popsicle? And once you make your own strawberry and yogurt popsicles with the all fruity and natural Fruit Lagoon Strawberry Daiquiri, there will be no turning back from the fridge!
Strawberry Popsicles:
Ingredients:
250ml Greek Yogurt
200ml Fruit Lagoon
Freshly and thinly sliced strawberries
Mix the ingredients together and pour it into eight individual molds. Pop it in the freezer and there you go. Happiness!

If the summer heat is getting to you, there is a great way to cool down: a Fruit Lagoon Mango infused Sorbet or Slushie.
50 ml Fruit Lagoon Mango Cocktail Base
200 ml Fresh mango juice
25-50 ml Vodka (optional)
Add ingredients to sorbet machine and wait until ready. Alternatively, ingredients can be put into a blender with ice and served as a slushy. Garnish with fresh mango.
