The former SRC Religious Academic & Legal Officer (RALO) who also served as a the Treasurer for the Harare Province Chapter in the Youth Advocacy for Reform & Democracy- Students Command, Commando Shingirai Chisveto had this to say after graduating with flying colours.
"Education is our passport to the future, for tomorrow belongs to those who prepare for it today", Shingirai Chisveto.
Indeed tomorrow belongs to all who prepare for it today & we would like to Congratulate all the recent graduates who did not only defy the odds by pursuing through the pandemic period but also conquering the economic strains that had plagued our nation. We urge those who are still on campus to keep on soldering on preparing their future.
THE MEDIA CLUB (TMC) STORY
CUZ Media Club was founded in 2016 by Divine K Gaga. The idea came in a bid to improve communication and interaction between the students of Catholic university (Cuzilians) especially across the faculty divide. The club started by communicating to the institute through formal and informal mediums which consisted of a newsprint (The CUZ Pipeline) and social platforms such as this one. The newsprint has been halted due to financial constraints that has limited the agility of the club to achieve its objectives.
Nevertheless, unlike the newsprint this platform is for the cuzilians to share their favorite cuz moments. It is a page for edutainment were we provide information that is educating & entertaining. This is the arena in which you express your cuzilianism, in other words were you can speak your cuz language & everyone understands you. It is in this space that you will reflect in your past, years after leaving the white, yellow & maroon flag. The above experience cannot be made possible solely by the club because cuz is more than a club, cuz is more than an editor, administrator or even a page, cuz is a family & you are in it, embrace it. They say family stick together but we are saying family will post together, share together, interact, rise & fall together. Share your best cuz experience with your family.
Our Club`s dream still remains the same & we are delighted to share it with you. lets collect all the cuz media out there & fill up this platform. Our club has an open door policy because we believe in family, we believe in interaction. It is through this policy that you will let us know how many grammatical errors we have done writing this story of ours. Feel free to inbox us on how to get more likes.
