Made the most beautiful Middle Eastern meatball kebabs using the Middle Eastern Spice Kit from Gourmet Spice Kits.

Served with spicy tomato sauce, garlic sauce, pickled red onions, and Lebanese bread for the rest of the family ❤️

I added pulled pork that had been prepared in the same spice mix. I fried up the pork until it was gnarly and crispy around the edges. Added it to the broth to serve.

Beef Jerky!  😋🤩
Delicious and easy snack!

Recipe

400g Beef Sizzle Steaks
Seasoning .spice.kits - Korean Beef Spice Kit
Salt to taste.

Slice steak into strips.
Cover in seasoning and salt.
Marinate for a few hrs if you have time.

Bake in the oven 60°c for 6 hours approx or until the meat has dried out nicely.

Store in an airtight container.

Pic doesn't look like much, but there are about 3 to 4 decent serves for a snack.

Ketovore Casserole

Makes a huge batch! Perfect as the weather is cooling down.

1.5kgs Chuck steak (casserole steak)
200g Beef Liver
120g Streaky Bacon
1 1/2 cups Beef Stock / Bone Broth
2 tbsp Swedish Rissoles Spice Kit by .spice.kits

Brown steaks on both sides and add to the slow cooker. Dice liver and bacon. Add with stock / broth to slow cooker and sprinkle over spice kit.

Cook on low for 6 hours or until beef is soft and tender.

It was my first attempt using filo pastry, and it won't be my last.

Perfect pie filling without all the crap you find in shop bought pies.

High in protein as I made it with chicken breast, slow cooked in some bone broth.

I used filo pastry just for a slight crunch instead of short crust or puff pastry. It did the job. Cravings sorted.

I used yearling roast for the beef and added fish sauce, pak choy, swiss mushrooms, red chilli, spring onions, chinese cabbage, ginger, and garlic.

I made my own bone broth using soup bones from Woollies.

It was so fresh and yum 🤤

Keto Gingerbread Cookies 😋

I used the ktaw gingerbread spice kit 😍😍 so good!

This recipe is adapted from -Sweet As Honey- (keto gingerbread cookies)

2 cups almond flour
1/2 cup powdered sweetener
1 tbsp gingerbread spice kit (available to purchase
1 tsp baking powder
1 egg
75 grams butter, melted
1 tsp vanilla essence

180, degree oven

1. Mix everything together well until a dough ball forms.

2. Split into 2 and create a pancake shape, wrap in cling film, and refridgerate for an hour.

3. Roll out to half a cm thick at the thinnest. This part can be hard as the mixture falls apart when rolling, so I flatten as much as I can with my hands before rolling. I also put the dough on a piece of cling film rather than baking paper.

4. Cut into shapes and bake for 12 minutes.

These harden overnight. So ice the next day (they are actually quite fantastic with how hard they become👌).
