SMART Coaching's swim squads are back on Thursday, 1 August!

After a short break, it's time to dive back in and build strength and aerobic fitness in a supportive environment.

Join Coach Ben and Coach Iuri as they help improve your swim technique and support you every stroke of the way.

Cost: $15 to the pool (includes pool entry and coaching)

Christmas 🎄 is coming! SMART Coaching swim squads will be having a little 2 week break over the festive season.
Our last swim squad will be with Iuri on Friday, 22 December and we will resume squads back on Monday, 8 January 2024.

SMART Coaching squads are held Port Macquarie-Hastings Pools and adults and children are welcome to join in on our fitness squads focussing more on freestyle.
