Did you know Hark Coffee operates three locations?
1. Hark Panorama (57 Boothby St, Panorama)
Roastery and cafe. We have designed this space so that you can see our roasting facility in action while sipping on the end product ☕️
2. Hark Malvern (65 Duthy St. Malvern)
Our OG cafe and the place we first had our roaster in at the beginning of this journey. Come here to enjoy your coffee, see work her baking wizardry, and take a peep at our chocolate making room 🍫
3. Mollymawk (243 Seacombe Rd. South Brighton)
Our coastal embassy for those on-the-go who don’t want to compromise on the quality of their coffee. In the evenings, Mollymawk transforms into Taco Libre, serving birria tacos to eat-in or takeaway from Wednesdays to Saturdays 🌮

Just a few photos from our 2024 Hark staff party on Sunday. Fun and games ensued, led by the ebullient Yoli, who needs no excuse when it comes to organising activities. We are so grateful to her and to this exceptional team of people we have, whose unique talents lie not just in coffee, but in salsa dancing, and putting on underwear with no hands.

Meet Sam. Co-director and head roaster.
Sam’s journey into roasting began in 2016, with a newborn baby and a desperate need for a good cup of coffee. An opportunity to step into the coffee business allowed Sam to dive into the roasting world and learn the ropes so he could roast the kind of coffee he wanted to drink ☕️
Always driven by flavour, Sam loves the craft of sourcing and roasting with our unique air roaster to highlight the characteristics of each coffee and take it to its full potential.
