What a great time we had at our International Festival this Saturday! 🌎 Students from Pre-K2 all the way to Year 5 amazed our community with vibrant, fun, and beautiful musical presentations from the countries they’ve been studying for the past few months.

Seeing the bright smiles of our Panthers, teachers, and their families was the perfect way to wrap it all up. It was a heartwarming reminder of the power of diversity and the beauty of coming together as one community. 🥰

As we near the end of our International Festival unit this week, let’s look back on some fun activities our Pre-K4 classes participated in while studying about Germany. They explored German cuisine by making colorful pretzels, crafted the heart-shaped spice cakes known as “Lebkuchenherzen”, and created beautiful accessories for the traditional clothing they’ll wear this Saturday. 🥨❤️ This was definitely an unforgettable experience!

Já que estamos encerrando a nossa unidade do Festival Internacional esta semana, vamos relembrar algumas atividades divertidas que nossas turmas do Pre-K4 realizaram enquanto estudavam sobre a Alemanha. The countdown to the international festival begins! Our Year 3 students are exploring vibrant cultures from Asia 🌏 Year 3A prepared delicious Chinese spring rolls, while 3B crafted a fun, sustainable version of the beautiful Japanese paper lanterns. Over in Year 3C, students got a taste of Korean food as they learned to make kimbap with a pro chef! 🍣 Can’t wait to see the culmination of this unit next week!

A contagem regressiva para o Festival Internacional começou! Nossos alunos do Year 3 estão explorando culturas vibrantes da Ásia 🌏 O Year 3A preparou deliciosos rolinhos primavera chineses, enquanto o 3B criou uma versão divertida e sustentável das lindas lanternas de papel japonesas. No Year 3C, os alunos experimentaram o sabor da comida coreana ao aprenderem a fazer kimbap com um chef profissional! Mal podemos esperar para ver a culminância dessa unidade na próxima semana!

Bringing fairy tales to life! 🎭 Pre-K4 parents took center stage in a ‘Little Red Riding Hood’ play inspired by their International Festival country, Germany, and their rich tradition of fairy tales. Our little ones laughed a lot and enjoyed seeing their parents shine on stage!

Our Middle School students, MOBFOG rocket champs, teamed up with the Elementary School Astronomy Club to teach them the art of crafting launchable rockets from scratch, using simple materials.
