Political action doesn’t always have to happen on a grand scale or at events. Sometimes it is powerful to get your voice into the world through letter-writing and use those tools to shift political ideologies. This workshop will explore different methods of letter-writing and support you in finding effective ways to do political action through the mail. Right now marginalized people’s rights (particularly those in the Q***r and Trans communities) are being attacked and we can speak up and tell politicians what we feel and what we need to see in the world. Write some letters with us to help create a better world. Join us May 24th at Wallis Hall 226, Trail College between 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. to add your voice to this action
