အာဏာသိမ်းပြီးနောက် ဖေဖော်ဝါရီလအတွင်း၌ စစ်ကောင်စီ၏ ဖမ်းဆီးခြင်း ခံခဲ့ရသောမန္တလေး မြို့တော်ဝန် ဒေါက်တာ ရဲလွင်နှင့် မန္တလေးမြို့တော် စည်ပင်သာယာရေး ကော်မတီဝင် ဦးကျော်ဇေယျတို့ ယနေ့လွတ်ငြိမ်းတွင် ပါဝင်လာကြောင်း ဧရာဝတီ သတင်းဌာနမှ သိရှိရသည်။

မန္တလေး မြို့တော်ဝန် ဒေါက်တာရဲလွင်နှင့် စည်ပင်ကော်မတီဝင် ဦးကျော်ဇေယျ တို့အား ပုဒ်မ ၅၀၅ (ခ) ဖြင့် အာဏာသိမ်းကာလ ဖေဖော်ဝါရီအတွင်းမှာပင် ဖမ်းဆီးထိန်းသိမ်းခဲ့ခြင်းဖြစ်ပြီး ၂၀၂၂ နိုဝင်ဘာလ၌ လွတ်ရက်စေ့၍ ပြန်လည် လွတ်မြောက်ခါနီးအချိန်တွင် စစ်ကောင်စီမှ နိုင်ငံပိုင် ပစ္စည်း အလွဲသုံးစားမှု ပုဒ်မ- ၄၀၉ ဖြင့် တရားစွဲဆိုပြီး ဖေဖော်ဝါရီ ၃ ရက်တွင် အိုးဘိုထောင်တွင်း တရားရုံးဖြင့် ထောင်ဒဏ် ၂ နှစ် ထပ်မံ ချမှတ်ခဲ့ကြောင်းသိရှိရသည်၊

ယနေ့၇၆ နှစ်မြောက် လွတ်လပ်ရေးနေ့ အထိမ်းအမှတ်အဖြစ် စစ်ကောင်စီမှ အကျဉ်းသား/အကျဉ်းသူ ၉,၆၅၂ ဦးကို ယနေ့ လွတ်ငြိမ်းခွင့်ပြုခဲ့ရာ ဒေါက်တာရဲလွင်နှင့် ဦးကျော်ဇေယျတို့ပါ လွတ်မြောက်လာခဲ့ပြီး ကျန်ရှိနေသော အစိုးရ အဖွဲ့ဝင်၊ ပါတီဝင်တွေနဲ့ နိုင်ငံရေးအကျဉ်းသားများသည် ပြစ်မှု၏ ၄ပုံ၁ပုံအား လျှော့ချခြင်းခံရကြောင်း နီးစပ်သူအသိုင်းအဝိုင်းမှ သိရှိရသည်။
