We are a tight knit team located in Pukekohe, and we are looking for an administrator to join our growing team.

We run a cloud-based paper-less office based in the mighty metropolis of Pukekohe.

The role will include being the front of house for the office, admin and support to our very capable, usually, self-sufficient legal team. There will also be a self sufficient project to get your teeth into and make your own.

You will need to be:
Skilled; Dynamic; Energetic; and Up for a challenge

The role includes general office tasks such as –
- Answering Phones
- Greeting clients
- Scanning/filing documents + Deeds
- Using our practice management system – Actionstep
- Mail Collection/Drop Off + couriers
- Supermarket Ordering etc.
- Task Flexibility
- Help for other staff members as and when needed
We are seeking candidates who are either looking to start out in an office environment or have prior reception knowledge. If you are a fast learner, technology savvy, have a great personal manner then we would love to talk further.
