We are all teary-eyed (in a good way!) over this one.

This patient came to us in December 2022 with an emergency toothache.

Dr. Sun was on top of it and helped her with her emergency. Unfortunately, the tooth could not be saved so we had to extract it. She knew her other teeth were in bad shape and agreed to come in for a full, comprehensive exam.

Dr. Sun had to break the news that we could not save her remaining teeth and if she kept them she would have greater complications and emergency after emergency. She agreed to our recommendation of extracting the remaining teeth and eventually fitting her with custom upper and lower snap-in dentures.

This process takes time as the gums need to heal between extractions that are not all done at once.

During her time here, we’ve all come to know her quite well and have earned her trust. We’ll be sad not to see her as often but we’re also extremely happy for and proud of her!
