Every semester professor are given the opportunity to designate a student who wrote the best exam as a Scholar of Merit. These students then receive a CALI award for their academic success. The American Journal of Trial Advocacy is happy to announce that 5 members revived a call award. These members are:

Articles Editor, Victoria Stapleton Stocks, was selected as a finalist in the American Indian Law Review National Writing Competition. Her paper placed her in the top five out of thirty-one contestants. Additionally, in April Victoria won the Stone/Parker award which is handed out to a current 2L. Congratulations Victoria!
