Some of our staff enjoyed the Boots and Buckles Benefit this weekend hosted by ! 👢 We had a blast connecting with other businesses of Hall county and listening to local bands! 🎉🤠

We wanted to do a special shout out for our incredible clinician Victoria Wilson, LCPO! Victoria started with us as a resident 18 months ago. She has earned the nickname Smiley in our clinic, and if you’ve met her you know exactly why 😄 Victoria has now completed her residency, taken all of her tests (AND PASSED), passed the boards, and is now fully Licensed in GA ! She is a Certified Prosthetist Orthotist (LCPO)!!! 🦾🦿👏🏼 It has been a long road, and we are extremely grateful she has stayed with our team through every step of her residency / eligibility journey! Victoria exudes our 5 core values and we cannot wait to see her grow as a LCPO! Please help us congratulate Victoria on this PHENOMENAL accomplishment!!! 🦾🥳

BIG NEWS!!! Mrs. Syfan is up and WALKING! 🤩 Mrs. Gloria Syfan was in a boating accident in April that resulted in her losing a majority of her leg. However, throughout this lengthy process, Gloria has been all smiles and full of JOY! ✨ She has never lost hope and is now up and walking only a couple of months after the accident! 🦿Gloria has named her residual limb “Gracie” and her new prosthesis “Joy”.
We are extremely grateful we can work with the Syfan family of Syfan Transport and Syfan Logistics and cannot thank the students at Kennesaw State University enough for helping us yesterday 🦉💛

Megan’s fun fact is that she had to wear a hip abduction brace when she was 6 years old, so she has personal orthotics experience! 💙

We had the honor of attending the 2024 CAF + Össur Running and Mobility Clinic this weekend! 👟 This clinic helps amputees of all ages learn practical ways to move better, easier, and quicker with their prosthesis! Össur

Our patient Shane Daniel joined us and was gifted a brand-new prosthetic running leg!🦿 Shane hasn’t been able to run since losing his leg more than 15 years ago, but now, as you can see, he’s right back to it and doing amazing!! 🎉🏆

We also had the privilege to raise awareness for the introduction of the SoEveryBODYCanMoveGa Bill- improving access to activity-specific devices- in the 2025 legislative session! It was a fantastic weekend!!!! So Everybody Can Move Georgia

Our team has the honor to work with The Longstreet Clinic Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation group at our joint amputee clinic! 🤝

This clinic allows our teams to work together simultaneously on behalf of patients. Here we get the proper paperwork necessary required by insurance companies and develop a plan of care that produces the best outcomes and connects patients with a peer counselor.

Because we all are in the same room at the same time communication is seamless and in turn patients get their devices very quickly and begin setting mobility goals as soon as possible! ⭐️🦿

We can’t thank the PM&R team enough, Holly, Dr. Okyere, and Juliann, for sharing the same values as us! We all believe everyone can achieve goals, patient satisfaction is non-negotiable, and the importance of valuing patients and their time 💙

Our clinical team attended the Georgia Society of Orthotics and Prosthetics (GSOP) conference this weekend! 🦿🦾The main point of this conference is to learn. The men and women that attend the GSOP meeting are the best and the brightest! 🥇Some have been practicing for 30+ years, still growing their craft. The best part was our team and other attendees got to hear from patient advocates like and supporting ! $2K was raised at this conference in effort to grow political action steps to move the proposed legislation forward. Our very own co-owner, Rachael Auyer, is the State Co-Lead for So Everybody can Move Georgia! 💜🧡Our owner, Jason Auyer, is now the President of GSOP!!! 🎉🎊

1.) I am able to go to the bathroom with my prosthesis. 🚽
2.) I am able to paint my mamas porch. 🎨
3.) I am able to push the clutch on my tractor and hook it up. 🚜
4.) I am able to wash the dishes while standing. 🚰
These are HUGE accomplishments!!! Tommy is a great example of how hard work and dedication can pay off! That’s what our Goal Digger program is all about 🦾

We love getting out in our community! Last month, Executive Director Liz Coates presented at the Greater Hall Chamber of Commerce Health and Wellness Seminar. The Clinics have partnered with Alliance Prosthetics and Orthotics to ensure our patients are receiving well-rounded care.

So Every BODY Can Move is a grassroots policy and advocacy initiative with the mission to create equitable and life-changing access to orthotic and prosthetic care necessary for physical activity for individuals with disabilities.

In just a year and a half, we’ve seen unprecedented state legislative success with five states enacting legislation that requires coverage of orthotic and prosthetic care for physical activity. Eight additional states have introduced legislation. Our goal is to create access to care in 28 states by the 2028 Paralympic Games so we can then pursue federal, nationwide reform.

is thrilled to enter the 28x28 initiative and change the lives of fellow Georgians living with limb loss and limb difference. Join us as we aim to disrupt healthcare inequity with a state-level policy solution rooted in dignity and justice.

Today was an exciting day! 😄 We partnered with and spoke at the meeting this morning. We presented on how our clinics work together to serve the patient population who are without access to health insurance and have a family income within 150% of the federal poverty line. The Good News Clinic does amazing things within and outside of our community, and we are honored we get to donate our time and resources to help them and our patients! 🤝

We have another GOAL DIGGER! 🏆 Zachary, we are so proud of you for jumping with two feet off of the ground! That is a big JUMP!! 👏🏼 Please help us congratulate Zachary and his amazing mom for sticking to it and working hard to meet his goals! 🎉
