From its humble origins as Bachman Insurance in the 1950’s, Helton Insurance Agency has always been a mainstay in the west Kentucky marketplace. From the time WC Helton took over the business in 1978, the company has enjoyed steady growth since that time.
Today, Helton Insurance is under the direction of Van Helton and has grown by leaps and bounds in the past five years. With a thirteen employees staffing two locations, they now serve clients over several counties in west and south-central Kentucky, as well as in eight states. The Helton group has also developed a life and health division to fill that missing business niche.
Rooted in hometown values of the past, Helton insurance has never forgotten its core values of “integrity, value and reliability”. They are poised to take on the ever-changing environment of the insurance marketplace.
