We at Dr. Carol Fischer’s office are happy that the weather is warmer. We want to remind you we are in the middle of Flu season. Getting your flu shot is simple. No appointment needed. Simply come in and let Shannon know that you are here for your flu shot. You will see a nurse and with in 30 minutes be fully protected against the flu. Most pharmacies insurance companies are back online and able to process your medication. We are open and operating as usual. We understand this has caused extreme concern and confusion. As always, we will continue to provide you with excellent care and service. The information that we have been given at this time is that most pharmacies in the Cheyenne area are able to process your health insurance and you will only be required to pay your co-pay. If you are unsure, your medication will be covered by the pharmacy, please reach out to your pharmacy. They can inform you on what steps need to be taken to get the medication that you require. We'd like to thank you again for your patience and understanding during this time we wish you a good day and good health.

Attention: The United States is Experiencing a complete Insurance cyber attack. All medication including refills will be cash pay. This is affecting the entire United States. This means that the pharmacy cannot verify your insurance. Good RX and other discount programs are also down. Paper prescriptions are required. Please reach out for clarification. We understand that this is not only an inconvenience for our patients. But., create health issues. As always, we will do all we can to protect you and your families health. However, this particular situation is out of our control. Our Radiology Department and Laboratory are accepting patients for test. As, the Radiology Department is owned by Cheyenne Regional Medical Group. And the Laboratory is owned by Regional West. You do not have to be our patients to access these services. We thank you in advance for your anticipated patience and understanding.
