Congratulations to Karri Niemi, Hops n Drops Featured Team Member for August 2024!
We’re excited to recognize Karri Niemi as our Featured Team Member! Karri embodies the spirit of teamwork, always stepping up to help others with a positive attitude. Loved by both guests and colleagues at the Bonney Lake Hops n Drops, she’s a true neighborhood ambassador.
Beyond bartending, Karri takes on such roles as bar lead, managing orders and inventory, and serving as a shift supervisor. Her journey from a shy child to a beloved team member is inspiring. She has many fond memories, including a busy shift during a power outage.
Karri’s favorite drink is the Classic Original Lemon Icy Drop, and her favorite menu item is the Potato Chip Nachos.
Karri enjoys spending her days off with her daughters, drawing, painting, and watching TikTok.

Yesterday we had the honor to present Columbia Premier Sports with a check for $1000.00 from proceeds from the Lacamas opening this past weekend! These funds will be designated for scholarships for deserving kids in the Camas/Vancouver community!
Fundraising nights like this, happen throughout the year at every Hops n Drops location.
Charitable organizations or individuals in need invite their supporters into Hops n Drops for these special events.

Congratulations to Shyanna Lopez, Hops n Drops Featured Team Member for July 2024!
The Lacey, Washington leadership team selected Shy as the company’s Featured Team Member for many reasons!
Since September of 2022, Shyanna has taken exceptional care of every guest as well as her fellow team members. She is a wonderful person, optimistic, happy and very fun to be with!
She consistently demonstrates what it means to be a dedicated and loyal Hops n Drops team member.
Shy is Lacey’s hiring and training lead. Not only does Shy identify new team members, she also trains them!
She loves connecting with her team, guests and creating new regulars.
As a leader of the Hops n Drops Helping Hands Committee, Shy has made numerous connections within the community and supported a number of local organizations.
On her days off she enjoys yoga and spending time with her husband and dogs.
We appreciate and admire Shy’s hard work ethic, love of our guests and community and are so grateful to have her here at Hops n Drops. Congratulations Shy!
