Our Story

Foundation Medical Group believes in helping everyone reach their fullest potential, whether you are struggling with adult ADD/ADHD, or/and especially those trying to manage a serious addiction to painkillers or opiates. Our goal is to treat you, while treating you like family.

Our team of doctors and addiction specialists come from multiple disciplines, including psychiatry, rehabilitation medicine, addiction medicine, spine and pain management, internal medicine, and family medicine. Our clinics work as a team in order to ensure that your needs are properly identified and treated while you are part of our ADHD treatment or addiction-recovery program. We pride ourselves in the fact that our patients receive their treatment in a respectful, patient-friendly environment.
