Our Story

Laurel Caprio, is a Realtor, and licensed real estate salesperson in the state of Arizona. She is an active full time agent with Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage, a full service real estate company located in Green Valley, Arizona.

For more than 11 years, Laurel has represented buyers and sellers of residential real estate in Connecticut. This senior level of experience has allowed her to quickly adapt to the needs of Arizona residents, and readily assist them in choosing a plan to best market their home.

In 2006, Laurel and her husband Mike and purchased a home in Canoa Ranch, Green Valley. They both love the desert, and have quickly become enamored with the Santa Rita Mountains and its glorious views!

Laurel is a huge fan of the many talented artisans that live in Green Valley, and the surrounding communities and shares her enthusiasm with others who are interested in finding their dream home in southern Arizona.
