Griffis Law Firm Wins Dismissal of Premises Liability Claim

Federal magistrate judge finalizes dismissal of woman’s slip-and-fall suit against Walgreen’s HOUSTON – A federal magistrate judge has dismissed through summary judgment a lawsuit brought by a woman who allegedly slipped on floor cleaning solution inside a Walgreen’s store and suffered a variety of injuries in the fall.

I’m excited to share that my law review article has been published! It discusses how cutting-edge litigation management techniques can level the playing field when litigating against larger and better funded opponents. It has been published in the American Journal of Trial Advocacy, which is the nation's oldest law review dedicated to the art of trial advocacy.
