While the team is winning, we involve our owners regarding our play book each month. This two (2) tier process ensures the hotels we manage are operating with qualified team members providing a Guest Experience that ensures repeat business. Other hotels in the comp set are worried about bills being paid, employees without benefits, skeleton staffing and wages below the competition. Krueger Hospitality Managed Hotels offer fresh, bright, and qualified leaders that are passionate in gaining base accounts (sales) while operations provide daily training toward its line level team members (engagement). Corporate Support Members include: VP of Sales, Director of Revenue Management, VP of Human Resources, and Vice President of Operations. This group of A-Team members are paid by Krueger Hospitality.
