Here’s some more great news for homebuyers, owners and sellers! In addition to the recently announced increase to conforming loan limits, FHA loan limits are also being raised for 2024! FHA loans are popular for offering down payment minimums as low as 3.5% and credit score minimums as low as 580. Here’s some great news for homebuyers, owners and sellers: conforming loan limits are increasing for 2024! Conforming loans are popular because they generally offer lower rates, fees and down payment minimums and more flexible qualification requirements than non-conforming loans. Draper and Kramer Mortgage Corp. is offering the new limits effective immediately for conforming loans that lock on or after December 1, 2023 and close on or after December 22, 2023. Noah’s Story
I have been working in the mortgage industry in varying capacities for the last 17 years, and became a licensed loan officer in 2005. I am continually furthering my education both in loan programs and technology to facilitate a successful and smooth lending experience. Additionally being licensed in 9 states up and down the Eastern Seaboard allows me to work with my client relationships regardless of where life may take them.
I have extensive mortgage knowledge and specialize in financing for primary, secondary and investment properties. I am competent in many loan programs including but not limited to Conventional, FHA, VA, Jumbo lending and many "niche" products such as Reverse mortgages, Construction financing and Rehabilitation loans available through Draper and Kramer Mortgage Corp. One of the reasons for my success is my consistent availability via cell phone and email into the evenings and during weekends. My goal is to give excellent customer service to all of my relationships both borrowers and realtors and make the mortgage process as seamless as possible thus creating not just a client/lender relationship but truly a long term relationship for those I work with and their families.
In my youth I attended both Atlantic Cape Community college (ACCC) simultaneous to attending Richard Stockton State College of NJ. I strategically planned this attendance so that I could utilize my time at ACCC to obtain multiple associate degrees in business as well as take part in their collegiate archery program. While competing for ACCC I was able obtain both athletic and academic All American as well as Collegiate National Champion for the team competition. Also during that time I completed my Bachelors degree in Business Administration at Richard Stockton.
During my tenure on the ACCC Archery team I learned many skills that benefit me now in the mortgage industry such as determination, attention to detail, skill and ability to perform under pressure and most importantly being a team player which is similar to the loan process of today requiring the team effort of all involved to create a smooth transaction.
