What's a Beer Mile? It's a one mile race where you drink a 12 oz. beer every quarter mile. That's right, you'll have had four 12 oz beers by the time you finish the one mile race.
The run will go in waves and everyone will be timed. There will be awards for the 1st, 2nd and 3rd place in both male and female categories.
Don't want to run, but would like to watch? Hang out at the lodge, enjoy a beer and watch the runners come in!
Every runner will need to sign a waiver. Please have a designated driver to take you home!
After the run there will be a DJ, cash bar and food available for purchase. Runners and spectators are welcome to hang out on the grounds til 4pm.
Runners must be over 21 and have ID. Any kids must have a parent present with them at all times (not a runner).
Reminder: This is officially unofficial...and it's a trail run! So it's good practice for an official beer mile, but it won't get you an official beer mile time.
