inside out." Unlike traditional massage, the client remains completely dressed while being treated.

If you were watching the Olympics you probably saw different athletes with colored tape. The tape was probably used for muscle soreness or injury or swelling and/or pain. It's called Kinesio taping. Kinesio taping is not just for muscles and I am excited to be able to share with you information about a workshop that I will be holding in the fall. Dr. Kase, the inventor of the Kinesio taping method has written a new book called "The Mature Adult." It addresses many common issues we face as we grow older. Just a few of the conditions we will be taping are Dysphagia (difficulty swallowing), Osteoarthritis of the knee, leg cramps, and constipation. This workshop is for the lay person (no medical knowledge required). Plan on attending and bring a taping partner. That way you know there is someone who can tape you too.
