The assembly worker actively assists in the manufacturing and assembly process of our windows and doors. You will work with raw materials to build and assemble components to our windows and doors.

Maintenance Technician: Monday-Friday 6am-4:30pm ($30-$36 based on experience)

You will work with the Maintenance Manager to repair/troubleshoot production equipment. Other duties will include maintaining the facility, reading schematics and manuals, and participating in safety initiatives to work with minimum disruption to production. This position will work around various machines and closely with others in addition to working alone.

This is a Monday-Friday position from 6:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Starting Pay Rates: $18.50-$21.50 DOE
Eligible for first increase of $1 after successfully completing first 90 days.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Places parts in specified relationship to each other.
• Must have good hand dexterity and attention to detail.
• Clips, screws, cements, or otherwise fastens parts together with hand tools or by hand.
• Tends automated machines such as weather-stripping machines and corner cleaners in various operation stages on assembly line.
• Uses air screw guns to install window hardware.
• Must be able to read a U.S. Tape measure and understand measurements to the 1/32.
• Works at different workstations as production needs require.
• Cuts and places matched pairs of window frames into carts that will be used at different stages on the window line.

We are seeking a shipping and materials handling associate looking for full-time employment! This is a great company offering competitive pay structure and long-term growth opportunities within the organization.

Under general direction of the Shipping and Receiving Supervisor and Shipping Coordinator, this position is responsible for proper loading of all Paradigm Windows Solutions trucks, ensuring orders are complete, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, resolving any load report issues, and driving trucks and forklifts (for transporting materials, as required).

Schedule

Sunday-Friday (Saturday's + 1 week day off)

Flexed shift times ranging from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. or 11:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
Shift start times depend on business demand and needs.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Interacts with vendors and customers, and coworkers in a positive and professional manner.
Ensures carts are made and ready for packaging and returns carts to appropriate location when empty.
Performs all loading activities including verification of complete orders and ensures that no products are damaged.
Operates departmental vehicles as needed.

Preferred Skills and Experience

Thorough knowledge of material procedures, shipping procedures and truck loading.
Ability to work through routine discomforts from exposure to moderate levels of heat, cold from working in the warehouse facility
Knowledge of safe work habits necessary for departmental staff to perform their duties injury free such as proper lifting techniques and use of company equipment.
