Broke my running rest for the last two weeks with a quick 5K at Old Courthouse Square. Hip is still a little stiff from whatever I did to it in the Kaiser Permanente Napa Valley Marathon and Half Marathon, but it was my cardio that kept me from a faster time. Still a nice way to start the morning!
