This is not a drill! Our yearbooks have arrived! The first day for picking up yearbooks will be this Friday, June 28th from 10am-1pm at the front of the school. We will be doing this drive by style, so simply pull up to the bus lane, stay in your car, and we’ll give you your yearbook.

We sure do love celebrating our 5th graders! We wrapped up the school year with a 5th grade gift, cookies after the 5th Geade Walk, and popsicles during their last ever recess. Good luck in middle school, kings and queens! Make Suwanee proud! ❤️

We had a fantastic last day of field day today! Thank you to all of the parents that came out to help and cheer on our students!

What a fun first day of field day! Our pre-K theough2nd grade students had a blast playing games, getting wet, and enjoying popsicles!

We have decided to postpone tomorrow’s field day to Monday due to the threat of storms. We apologize for the inconvenience.

It’s almost time for our highly anticipated Suwanee Summer Kickoff Field day! We’ve split the fun across two days this year to give the students even more time to have fun!

A few reminders about the event:
1. Water will not be provided, students need to bring their water bottle to the field.
2. Students will get wet and dirty! Consider sending them with a change of clothes and shoes.
3. Teachers and volunteers cannot apply sunscreen so please apply it before your students leave home.
4. Students should wear their class shirt or a shirt of a similar color.
5. Parents are welcome to come cheer on their students!
6. Suwanee PTA is providing popsicles for every student. Please do not bring additional treats for your class during this time.

Attention Suwanee Families: We know you have been anxiously awaiting the arrival of the 2023-2024 yearbooks. Unfortunately, we received an update from Balfour today that due to manufacturing issues, our yearbooks are not set to arrive until the summer. Please know that the blame for this rests solely on the hands of Balfour, not on our wonderful Yearbook chair. We are deeply disappointed that this is happening and we will be exploring a different vendor for all future yearbooks.

What are we doing in the meantime?
1. Balfour is sending us autograph inserts for every Suwanee student. Grades will be holding signing days next week so students can have the inserts signed by friends. These inserts can be easily inserted in yearbooks when they arrive.

As soon as the yearbooks arrive, we will communicate with you how to pick them up. Any extra yearbooks will also be available for purchases at that time.

We scream, you scream, we all scream for ice cream!

Join us to celebrate the end of an amazing school year with a FREE Ice Cream Party! Meet us behind the school by the bulldog and enjoy some yummy ice cream provided by PTA. We'll be scooping up deliciousness from 4pm-5:30pm (or until the ice cream is all gone) on Wednesday, May 8th.

We love our 5th Graders! We had so much fun at our 5th Grade Party On The Playground!

We’re ready to celebrate our 5th Graders tomorrow with our annual party in the playground. This even is just for our kings and queens. Parents, please be sure to put sunscreen on your kiddos and send them with a beach towel.

Attention 5th Grade Parents! Today is the last day to sign your student up for 5th Grade Skate Night TOMORROW. As a reminder, our 5th graders will have exclusive use of the skating rink from 5-7 pm. It’s only $12per student for skating and skate rentals. Please also be sure to sign and return the waivers we sent home last week.

Yearbook Sales Are Now Open!

The time is now to order your 2023-2024 Suwanee Elementary Yearbook. Yearbooks are just $35 if ordered before February 15th. After that date, the price goes up. Please know that the only way to guarantee a yearbook is to pre-order.
