We are excited to announce we have a new LMT, Sienna Dang, starting on Wednesday, July 17th!

Sienna graduated from the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy in 2015 and has been working in the field since March of 2016.

Sienna grew up in The Dalles and has recently returned with her family.

She has additional training in perinatal massage, infant massage, cupping and TMJ disfunction.

Anyone who sees her can expect a thorough intake and assessment so that she can ensure a productive and safe massage. You can also expect to be sent home with self care recommendations to get the most out of the treatment. She knows everyone is an individual and deserves unique and tailored care.

Introducing our newest provider, Dr. Jim Thornburg, DC, MS.

Dr. Thornburg received his Doctorate of Chiropractic and Master's in Exercise and Sports Science from the University of Western States in 2012.

Dr. Thornburg practices evidence based medicine including diversified chiropractic adjusting and McKenzie Method which can alleviate symptoms originating from disc injuries to teach and empower patients to maintain their own progress. He is also skilled in a variety of soft tissue treatments including the Graston Technique, where he is an innovator and inventor of a tool used to perform Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization (IASTM). He strongly believes that an emphasis on corrective exercise and strengthening the body to be paramount to the process of healing, and encourages all of his patients to adopt these habits.

A native Oregonian, Dr. Thornburg loves spending time outdoors, paddle boarding, snowboarding, walking the river trail, listening to podcasts, reading and cooking. He is very laid back and personable, while also being able to maintain a high level of critical thinking, case management and care for his patients.

Introducing Dr. Lily Hoog-Fry, DC

We are very excited to announce we have another Chiropractor joining our team!

Dr. Lily is a Chiropractic Physician driven to give people the high-quality healthcare they deserve. She has been teaching yoga for over a decade and is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist.
In pursuit of her mission, and in addition to her chiropractic education at the University of Western States, she has done over a thousand hours of mentorship and additional training. This training has included TMJ & foot disorders, pelvic floor rehabilitation, fascial manipulation, DNS (developmentally based breath work), and light force chiropractic aimed at releasing spinal cord adhesions called Network Spinal. She is also certified in Webster Technique for pregnancy and pediatric care.

She is a crafter, surfer, and self-proclaimed nerd. When not treating patients or empowering others to move, you can find her at the gym, swimming in cold water or camping with her family.

We are happy to announce that we have two new providers starting in January!

Dr. Spencer Freeman, DC is a chiropractic physician with experience treating patients of all ages and demographics, and working on a wide variety of musculoskeletal conditions. He attended the University of Western States for his Chiropractic education, the same as Dr. Lowe and Dr. Dash, and has a very similar treatment style to both. We are confident you are in good hands!

Rosie Nocita, LMT is a licensed massage therapist who uses a combination of modalities, including Swedish massage, Shiatsu, Thai massage, and Manual Lymphatic Drainage. Her greatest strengths are her willingness to listen and her skills in palpation, which help her to quickly find and work on problem areas. She tailors each massage to your needs to ensure that you walk out feeling better. So whether you’re recovering from an injury, dealing with everyday aches and pains, or just need to relax, Rosie has got you covered!

Great News!

We are happy to announce that Dr. Dash is now in network with Oregon Health Plan, typically serviced by Pacific Source Community Solutions. This means we are now able to accept this type of insurance for existing and new patients when they schedule with Dr. Dash. If you have this type of insurance this will likely reduce or eliminate your costs for care.

This insurance is currently only accepted by Dr. Dash and therefore appointments must be made with her. We will require your insurance card or the information provided on it to be eligible, as seen below.
