Everyone is rate conscious. I get calls from other loan officers wanting to “price check” for comparison, to make sure their bank is offering the best rate and terms. Most of the time, my rate and/or terms are better, and sometimes I beat their offer by quite a bit. They then cross their fingers and hope that their client doesn’t call me for a quote. Quotes are free, have your clients call to make sure they’re getting the best rate/terms.

I am a Loan Officer in Kalamazoo, MI. I was born and raised in Kalamazoo (my family has lived in the area since the mid 1800’s). I have been assisting mortgage clients in Southwest Michigan since 2005. In February 2006, I graduated from Xinnix, the Mortgage Academy of Excellence (I received an A).
I have closed more than 1,200 mortgage transactions, with the vast majority being first time home buyers. I have extensive training in renovation style mortgages (FHA 203k, USDA with repair escrow, and FNMA Homestyle).
