📣Introducing Trilogy Staff with Employee Spotlight📣

David Zequeira is a Recovery Coach at Trilogy Recovery Community. David is a HCA Certified Peer Counselor (CPC). He uses his lived experiences with addiction and recovery to provide peer support services to individuals on their paths to recovery. David also is a a certified SMART Recovery Facilitator and facilitates Trilogy's SMART Recovery meetings twice a week.

“Working at Trilogy recovery community has been a blessing for me in many ways. As a person in recovery myself being able to give back to the community in different areas at Trilogy through one on one with peers and being with members in groups. My greatest joy working at TRC is seeing the transformation individuals go through as they take control of their lives. I believe in hope and TRC shares that HOPE with everyone who walks through that door. I have participated in services before working at TRC and now have the privilege to work side by side with these wonderful people”

Trilogy is looking to hire a part-time or a full-time mental health counselor. The official position is a Family Services Navigator.

"Family Services Navigator (FSN) Serves the Mission of TRC as 1. The point of first contact to community partners seeking to access TRC mental health recovery services for children, teens, families, and adults; 2. Is a lead provider of recovery services to children, adolescents, and adults seeking Recovery from emotional pain and/or
trauma; 3. Oversee and assess the need for and implementation of Family Wellness Services for families at risk."

"Key Responsibilities:
● Provide initial consultations and individual child, adolescent, partner, and family intakes and
assessment for recovery support services
● Provide individual child, adolescent, adult and/or family recovery support services as determined by
intake assessment and the service plan
● Provide Teen Intervene services as determined by referral requests and assessment
● Provide FAST CBT interventions to children and adolescents and their families
● Provide CBT-informed recovery support services
● Meet weekly/as needed/scheduled with individuals based upon intake assessment and services plan
● Provide group services for families, adults, and teens.
● Actively collaborate with all staff members providing services on behalf of TRC
● Attend weekly supervision meetings in a prepared manner
● Collect and report meeting data in a confidential way
● Provide task supervision to interns, trainees and assigned staff as needed
● Develop training protocols for staff in collaboration with Leadership
● Collaborate in the training and development of new trainees and interns
● An ability to work with others unlike yourself

A minimum requirement of an MSW or related degree
Wage depends on experience, starting at $28-30 per hour

Jennyffer Landaverde, MSW, LSWAIC has served as the Family Services Navigator at Trilogy for the past three years. Jennyffer provided mental health counseling services to children, youth, adults, and their families on their path to recovery. Jennyffer used evidence-based practices to help peers navigate life's challenges and achieve emotional well-being.

Trilogy has been immensely lucky to have Jennyffer on our team serving our community. Jennyffer will now be embarking on a new adventure as an Infant and Early Childhood Mental Health Therapist in the Seattle area. While we are sad to see Jennyffer go, we are looking forward to seeing what the future holds for her and the impact she will make in Seattle! A genuine thank you and goodbye from Trilogy, we will miss you Jennyffer!
