Hey all,
Dr. Chase here. We’ve got a big change headed your way. I have been afforded the opportunity to take a part-time position as a chiropractor at the VA Medical Center two days per week. I will be working there on Mondays and Fridays. Beginning July 17th, we will be working out of our office for private practice Tuesday-Thursday. We are working to make some schedule changes to ensure we can still see patients in a timely manner.

Effective June 5, 2023, Dr. Johnson will be changing locations. Our new address will be 306 Davis Drive LL5 in the Silver Springs Business Complex.

Massage appointments will not be impacted by this change as Randy Hawkins and Alisha Rodriguez will continue to operate at the current location.

Our office will be closed the week after Christmas (12/26-12/30) for our staff to enjoy time with their families. We will resume normal hours on Monday, January 2nd.
