You-Turn Recovery Docket

This was the 4th year for the Overdose Awareness / Recovery Rally event. We appreciate everyone who collaborated with us and endured the heat today! Each year brings more support from community agencies and available resources. Each speaker shared important information. We are especially grateful to those who shared their personal recovery journeys & to the families who shared memories of their loved ones.

Just a reminder that the Overdose Awareness event is this Friday!!
This is a free event to raise overdose awareness, provide treatment information, offer support to families, & remember lives lost to overdose. This is open to the public.

The goals of National Fentanyl Prevention and Awareness Day are to:

• Remember loved ones lost to overdoses involving illegally made fentanyl.

• Acknowledge the devastation of affected families and friends.

• Acknowledge the growing role illegally made fentanyl plays in the overdose crisis.

• Educate and raise public awareness of the dangers of illegally made fentanyl and the importance of overdose prevention.

Together, we can take action against illegally made fentanyl and save lives.

Free back to school clothes for Clinton County residents..

Clinton County students are welcome to join us here at the Resource Center on Monday and Tuesday, August 12th & 13th from 12p to 3p for a free back to school shopping experience! We have teen and adult sizes, so come out and fill up a bag!

Save the date! Annual Overdose Awareness event is scheduled for Aug 30th. The public is invited to attend. Families & Friends are encouraged to bring memory boards or photos to honor loved ones. "No one's story should end too soon"

Rays of sunshine in drug court! Cindy was awarded the Excellence award for continous progress. Amanda closed the session with a beautiful testimony that encouraged others to invest in recovery.

All youth in our community are welcome to join us this Wednesday for our summer pro-social activities! This week we will be at Adventure Cove Mini Golf!!

A productive day in drug court. Dereck, Brandon, and James participated in their last mandatory drug court session. Laci was recognized for her commitment to recovery. Andrew received his one year coin. Derek wanted to publicly thank his treatment staff for guiding him. The support and accountability the participants give to each other is amazing.
