We are thrilled to announce that our YMCA Barracudas have renewed their USA Swimming Safe Sport Recognition! This is an exciting time for our team and we want to continue to be a leader in our community to provide a healthy and positive environment, free from abuse for our athletes. The process to become recognized was not easy but we truly believe it is our responsibility to provide the best environment for our athletes, coaches, and parents. Thank you to everyone who helped us accomplish this, and GO BARRACUDAS!

When we say we are more than just a gym, we are a community, we mean it! Miss Carolyn was an avid member of our YMCA and loved the aqua fitness classes. She made an impact on both members and staff here at the Y. When she passed last fall, several of our members banded together to get a donation banner named in memory of Carolyn. This week, our aqua classes—full of friends and donors—took a photo with the banner that now hangs in the YMCA! What a touching tribute to one of our beloved members.

We are always grateful for members who believe in our cause and support the YMCA's mission in our community. Thank you to Cece for your kind donation to our annual campaign. Together, we are changing lives for the better!
