Dads get back pain too!
Through the duration of pregnancy and birth, the focus is shifted on to mom and baby.
We often forget the huge role fathers play in the life of their child, especially in the first few months.
Dads risk developing back pain from incorrect lifting techniques and poor ergonomics while carrying baby or even from bending over while changing nappies.
