Ruan Janse van Rensburg joined 36ONE Asset Management in June 2024 as a Business Development Manager with his primary focus on Independent Financial Advisors. Previously, he spent five years as a Business Development Manager on the LISP/platform side at STANLIB and INN8. Before that, he worked as both a paraplanner and financial advisor at an Independent Financial Advisor based in Bellville, Cape Town. His outlook on life is to make the most of everyday – adventure is a state of mind: leaving your comfort zone, being open-minded and curious.

Mihle Senene recently joined 36ONE Asset Management after spending two years at First National Bank (FNB), where she was a Process Analyst in the Credit Card Business Unit. Mihle completed her BEng Industrial Engineering degree at Stellenbosch University in 2021, and she is currently enrolled in the first year of her master’s degree in Big Data Science at the University of Pretoria. Mihle is enthusiastic about all things tech and enjoys keeping up with the latest advancements in the field. Outside of work, Mihle prioritises staying active through regular Pilates and gym sessions and enjoys engaging in a variety of social sports.

Sihle Ngalo recently joined 36ONE Asset Management from Citibank where he was a graduate analyst in Fixed Income Trading. He holds an Honours degree in Economic Sciences from Wits University, graduating with distinction.

Sasha-lee Mukwenya joined 36ONE Asset Management in 2024, bringing experience from a foreign exchange firm where she started her financial services career in 2019. She holds a degree in Business Marketing and a Diploma in Business Administration Management, both with distinction. Her expertise in compliance and administration is a valuable addition to the operations team.
