🌱This smoothie is so tasty and refreshing especially during the hot season… and it’s full of nutrients, phytonutrients, vitamins and minerals like:- Omega 3 fatty acids- Vitamin A- Vitamin C- Vitamin K- Iron- Magnesium- Potassium- Calcium- Manganese- Bromelain- A lot of fibers… Ingredients:- Handful of baby Spinach- Handful of Kale- Frozen ripe Banana - Frozen Mango- Pineapple (around 150g) - 1 tbsp Chia seeds- 1 tbsp Flax seeds- 1 cup of cold water. Tips:- For a better taste, choose a sweet and sour mango and a ripe banana.- If you don’t have frozen bananas & mangoes, you can always use fresh fruits and you add few ice cubes to the mix.
