Do you feel pain in your shoulder(s) while/after training? Simply hanging can be a solution. Our shoulders are designed to hang and stretch, they need it. We no longer use our arms above our heads anymore hence the surrounding muscles get tighter and stiffer. Passively hanging, restores our natural shoulders structure that have become rigid.
