*EAT Or DRINK your greens*

We've always been told to eat green vegetables all the time by our mothers , doctors almost from everyone.
BUT WHY?
Now a days parents have different problems: kids eat vegetables only when they are deep fried or dipped in extra sauces or covered with cheese. But here's the deal: All of us YES All OF US need to eat some greens on regular basis( without adding unhealthy extras)

I used to hate greens too while growing up and i know most of us do but now i am a Big fan. These green vegetables have almost all the micronutrients which we need in out daily diet such as Vit K,A,C, iron, calcium potassium, certain B vitamins, antioxidants etc.
Don't like to eat them blend it and drink it up, it keeps you hydrated. Don't like the taste add eock salt and lemon, add berries or nuts.
Be a grown up and avoid excuses.
Your diet food is a bank account, Good food choices are good investment👌🏻

ASK YOURSELF.. ARE YOU REALLY HUNGRY?
Most of the time we are not hungry, we are just bored or stressed,. Recognize when you are really hungry and train yourself to eat then only.
*Tips to control emotional or stress eating
1. Exercise (Exercise is proven stress relief than any medicine available)
2.Talk (Have a talk with friends or family, talk about your insecurities, issues and stress)
3. Have a walk in nature (Mother nature is the ultimate healer)
4.Avoid the kitchen (The most difficult task)
5. Have healthy snacks available
6. Read a book (To distract yourself)
Cravings are not about food, cravings are about stress.
