Job Description:
Lux Motors Luxury Car Rental, a leading car rental company in Dubai, is seeking to appoint an outstanding Sales Manager to join its dynamic team.
We are looking for an exceptional leader with strong communication and negotiation skills, who is able to guide the sales team to achieve ambitious goals and increase our market share.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead and direct the sales team:
- Develop clear and specific sales goals in collaboration with senior management.
- Direct and motivate the sales team to achieve these goals efficiently.
- Organize periodic meetings with the team to review performance and provide necessary guidance.

2. Develop and implement effective sales strategies:
- Design innovative sales strategies based on market analysis and customer needs.
- Implement marketing plans that contribute to increasing brand awareness and attracting new customers.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of strategies and adjust them as needed to ensure achieving goals.

3. Build strong relationships with customers:
- Develop and build long-term relationships with key customers and companies.
- Provide customized solutions that meet customer needs and enhance their loyalty.
- Continuously follow up on customer satisfaction and work to improve the customer experience.

4. Sales data analysis and reporting:
- Collect and analyze sales data to identify trends and new opportunities.
- Prepare periodic reports for senior management containing comprehensive analyses and recommendations for improving performance.
- Use data to identify strengths and weaknesses and make informed decisions.

5. Handling and resolving customer complaints:
- Responding quickly to customer complaints and resolving them in a professional manner that ensures customer satisfaction.
- Analyzing the causes of complaints and working to improve internal processes to avoid their recurrence.
- Providing exceptional customer service that enhances the company's reputation and position in the

6. Training and developing the skills of the sales team:
- Identifying the training needs of the team and organizing advanced training courses.
- Providing continuous feedback to the team to enhance performance and achieve excellence.

Requirements:

1. Experience:
- At least three years of experience in the field of sales, preferably in the luxury car rental sector.
- A successful track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets.

2. Language Skills:
- Fluency in both Arabic and English, both spoken and written.

3. Personal Skills:
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills that enable you to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively to achieve goals on time.
- Strategic thinking skills and effective decision-making to solve problems and achieve growth.

4. Technical Knowledge and Abilities:
- Good knowledge of customer relationship management tools and programs.
- Ability to analyze data and use it to guide sales strategies.

تسعى شركة لوكس موتورز لتأجير السيارات الفاخرة، الرائدة في مجال تأجير السيارات في دبي، إلى تعيين مدير مبيعات متميز لينضم إلى فريق عملها الديناميكي.
نبحث عن قائد استثنائي يتمتع بمهارات اتصال وتفاوض عالية، قادر على توجيه فريق المبيعات لتحقيق أهداف طموحة وزيادة حصتنا في السوق.

المسؤوليات الرئيسية:

1. قيادة وتوجيه فريق المبيعات:
- تطوير أهداف مبيعات واضحة ومحددة بالتعاون مع الإدارة العليا.
- توجيه وتحفيز فريق المبيعات لتحقيق هذه الأهداف بكفاءة.
- تنظيم اجتماعات دورية مع الفريق لمراجعة الأداء وتقديم التوجيه اللازم.

2. تطوير وتنفيذ استراتيجيات مبيعات فعالة:
- تصميم استراتيجيات مبيعات مبتكرة بناءً على تحليل السوق واحتياجات العملاء.
- تنفيذ خطط تسويقية تساهم في زيادة الوعي بالعلامة التجارية واستقطاب عملاء جدد.
- متابعة وتحليل أداء الاستراتيجيات وتعديلها حسب الحاجة لضمان تحقيق الأهداف.

3. بناء علاقات قوية مع العملاء:
- تطوير وبناء علاقات طويلة الأمد مع العملاء الأساسيين والشركات.
- تقديم حلول مخصصة تلبي احتياجات العملاء وتعزز من ولائهم.
- متابعة رضا العملاء بشكل مستمر والعمل على تحسين تجربة العميل.

4. تحليل بيانات المبيعات وتقديم التقارير:
- جمع وتحليل بيانات المبيعات لتحديد الاتجاهات والفرص الجديدة.
- إعداد تقارير دورية للإدارة العليا تحتوي على تحليلات شاملة وتوصيات لتحسين الأداء.
- استخدام البيانات لتحديد نقاط القوة والضعف واتخاذ القرارات المستنيرة.

5. التعامل مع شكاوى العملاء وحلها ان وجدت :
- الاستجابة السريعة لشكاوى العملاء وحلها بطريقة احترافية تضمن رضا العميل.
- تحليل أسباب الشكاوى والعمل على تحسين العمليات الداخلية لتفادي تكرارها.
- تقديم خدمة عملاء استثنائية تعزز من سمعة الشركة ومكانتها في السوق.

6. تدريب وتطوير مهارات فريق المبيعات:
- تحديد احتياجات التدريب للفريق وتنظيم دورات تدريبية متقدمة.
- تقديم تغذية راجعة مستمرة للفريق لتعزيز الأداء وتحقيق التميز.
- تطوير مهارات الفريق في استخدام أدوات وتقنيات المبيعات الحديثة.

المتطلبات:

1. الخبرة:
- خبرة لا تقل عن ثلاث سنوات في مجال المبيعات، ويفضل في قطاع تأجير السيارات الفاخرة.
- سجل حافل بالنجاح في تحقيق وتجاوز أهداف المبيعات.

2. المهارات اللغوية:
- إتقان اللغتين العربية والإنجليزية بطلاقة، سواء في التحدث أو الكتابة.

3. المهارات الشخصية:
- مهارات تفاوض واتصال ممتازة تمكنك من بناء علاقات قوية مع العملاء والزملاء.
- قدرة على العمل تحت الضغط وإدارة الوقت بفعالية لتحقيق الأهداف في المواعيد المحددة.
- مهارات التفكير الاستراتيجي واتخاذ القرارات الفعالة لحل المشكلات وتحقيق النمو.

4. المعرفة والقدرات التقنية:
- معرفة جيدة بأدوات وبرامج إدارة علاقات العملاء .
