Breast cancer recurrence into the axillary lymph nodes requires nodes clearance. It is a very delicate surgery that needs particular skills & experience. Pictures are after lymph nodes clearance left axilla. With bifid axillary vein ( very tricky anatomy).

عملية ازالة سرطان الثدي الجهه اليسار، مع تصغير ورفع الجهتين. لازم نخلي الجهه اليسار اكبر ١٠٪؜ لان الحجم يصغر مع العلاج الاشعاعي. الصور بعد اسبوعين من العمليه.

Combined left breast cancer removal with bilateral breast reduction & uplift. It is important to keep the cancer side volume bigger by 10% as it will shrink by raidotheray. Pictures are 2 weeks post operative.
