حالة لسيدة تبلغ من العمر 56 عامًا تعاني من آلام حادةفي الناحية الامامية من الركبة الأمامية التي تم لها استبدال الكلي في مستشفى آخر قبل 1.5 عامًا ، تظهر الصور الشعاعية إمالة شديدة مع التهاب جانبي في الرضفة .. بعد استبعاد جميع الأسباب الأخرى للألم كالالتهاب البكتيري أجرينا عملية تبديل جزئي للمنطقة المصابة ... أصبحت الرضفة الآن مركزية مع زوال الالم.

A case of 56 years old lady with persistent severe frontal knee pain with history of Total knee replacement in other hospital 1,5 years ago, radiographs show severe patellar tilt and lateral facet arthritis as a result of neglected medial retinaculum insufficiency .. after ruling out all other causes of pain (infection work out , CT scan and Three-phase-sentigraphy) we done a revision with patellar arthroplasty … patella now centralised and pain is gone.
