Good news to all of you owners of RME Fireface 400 or 800 that works with the old technology of Firewire.
Microsoft and RME abandoned this technology which kept us users with the old audio interfaces afraid to lose the full support of drivers.
But to my surprise. I installed the legacy driver for my firewire pcie card and installed rme latest driver on Windows 11 and 💥 💥 💥 ...

It worked like a charm..not even a glitch. So good news to all of us who don't wanna upgrade to the usb fireface
