Who is lazy for cooking? 😅⠀
These chicken and cheese balls are life savers! We make a few kg of them, keep in the freezer and cook in 15min 😋⠀

How?👇🏼⠀
Mix chicken mince with spices, dry parsley and mozzarella.⠀
Massage and mix for 5-7min. ⠀
Make small balls so they cook faster and one can fit in to your mouth without cutting it. ⠀

Defrost, throw in a pan and fry with a few whole fresh tomatoes, onion, garlic, garlic powder, chili powder, coconut oil and salt. ⠀

While that’s cooking, in another pan, mix chopped cabbage with heavy cream and cook for 5min so the cabbage will be still crispy when you have it. ⠀

Take a photo of your meal and tag 😋⠀

1. 200g fresh ground coconut
2. 7 whole eggs
3. Half cup coconut milk
4. Half cup psyllium husk
5. 1 tbspn vanilla extract
6. 250g cottage cheese
7. 2 tbspn peanut butter

Garnished with blueberries, raspberries and strawberries.
